Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for the Resort & Casino. This role will focus on digital marketing, social media management, campaign execution, website optimization and supporting revenue departments with administrative duties and day-to-day on-site marketing activities. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about hospitality marketing.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:

? Support the execution of marketing campaigns that promote the Resort's services, amenities, and corporate event offerings; liaise with consultants on overall Resort marketing & promotional strategies.

? Assist in the planning and rollout of promotional initiatives, seasonal packages, and special events.

? Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.

? Collaborate with the sales team to identify targeted marketing materials and outreach efforts.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

? Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), updating regularly following content calendar.

? Maintain a social media content calendar aligned with key promotions, corporate sales goals, and brand messaging.

? Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.

? Track social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

? Prepare presentations and marketing reports for senior management

Resort Initiatives:

Support the execution of marketing and promotional initiatives across the resort

Acts as a service provider to operations providing in-house marketing and event print material as requested.

Managing website optimization ensuring content is accurate and customer experience is seamless

Collaborate with a creative agency contractor to align messaging and audience engagement

Bring forward new campaign ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand visibility and sales

Collaborate with the corporate sales team to develop targeted marketing materials and outreach efforts.

Event Promotion & Partnership Marketing:

? Coordinate marketing efforts for corporate events, conferences, and resort-hosted activations.

? Develop partnerships with local businesses, creators, and industry professionals to expand brand reach.

? Assist in organizing trade shows, press events, and promotional activities that support corporate sales.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

? 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or hospitality marketing.

? Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content creation.

? Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager).

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
