Taylor and Francis are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and hardworking individual to join their Content Marketing Team as a Marketing Assistant (maternity cover). The position is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales departments through the creation of our core sales catalogue, and provides administrative assistance to core marketing teams.

The role sits within the wider Customer Experience team, which works across multiple digital marketing channels including content marketing, social media and video. The role will require you to manage content across some social media channels, as well as producing reports in these areas. Additionally you will be responsible for implementing requests from our marketing and sales departments, and providing assistance with marketing campaigns as appropriate.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work in the field of content or digital marketing, or looking for their first role within Marketing and/or Publishing.

Location: \xe2\x80\x93 This is a balanced working contract with a requirement for some working days in our Milton Park office (by arrangement with your line manager).

  • Supporting the Sales department through the creation of our bi-monthly sales catalogue.
  • Provide day to day support to Marketing Department; updating relevant databases, schedules and systems, contacting vendors and authors as required.
  • Managing content across some core social media accounts, in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Managing social media queries and responding to messages, comments and mentions as required.
  • Producing marketing collateral to aid content marketing campaigns in line with SEO and discoverability guidelines as required.
  • Assist the delivery of internal webinars and sales meetings.
  • Deal effectively with internal and external stakeholder queries to ensure key benchmarks are met.
  • Completion of reports and tracking activity.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
