We are seeking a proactive and energetic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, supporting sales strategies, and promoting our services to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and digital marketing channels.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract new business.
Present and promote our freight forwarding services to prospective clients.
Maintain and update client information and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met.
Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities and results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
