SCOPE OF ROLE, DELIVERABLES, AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The New Home Sales and Marketing Associate is key to fulfilling the promises we make to our customers. The company's brand and financial performance relies on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role. The New Home Sales and Marketing Associate supports the Area Sales Manager in the sales and marketing processes, works closely with clients and all team members, and maintains the show home's pristine and serene status on a day to day basis.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a New Home Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be the face of Lighthouse Custom Homes, welcoming guests into our show homes and ensuring they feel instantly at ease. Beyond in-person interactions, you will take ownership of our marketing and media efforts, amplifying our brand presence through social media, community events, and strategic marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in educating potential buyers, managing sales processes, and contributing to the seamless execution of contracts while ensuring our marketing efforts position Lighthouse as a premier custom home builder. Strong customer service skills and a proven sales experience are an asset.
DELIVERABLES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
DELIVERABLE 1 - CREATING AN ENGAGING AND EDUCATIONAL SHOWHOME EXPERIENCE
1. Serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
2. Ensure the show home is always in pristine condition, with regular checks at least twice daily.
3. Actively listen to potential buyers to understand their needs and provide insightful, timely responses.
4. Qualify leads and collaborate with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
5. Demonstrate the key features of the community and educate visitors on Lighthouse's standards, options, and unique selling points (USPs).
6. Work with the Sales Manager to achieve yearly sales goals.
DELIVERABLE 2 - ASSISTING WITH ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, LOT CONTRACTS, BUILD CONTRACT MEETINGS
1. Organize and facilitate architectural design meetings, lot selection meetings, and build contract discussions.
2. Stay well-versed in architectural guidelines and the distinctive features of the Watermark and Alpine Park community.
3. Assess lot features, dimensions, and grading to provide expert guidance to clients.
4. Support the ASM with administrative and coordination tasks.
DELIVERABLE 3 - MARKETING, BRAND AWARENESS, AND SOCIAL MEDIA LEADERSHIP
1. Take full ownership of Lighthouse's social media channels, crafting compelling content and campaigns that showcase our brand, homes, and values.
2. Plan, coordinate, and execute Lighthouse events in Alpine Park to drive engagement and strengthen community presence.
3. Oversee all lot signage in Watermark and Alpine Park, conducting weekly site checks to ensure brand consistency and visibility.
4. Manage and update the CRM system daily to track client interactions, leads, and marketing performance.
5. Maintain and update marketing project tracking and scorecard metrics weekly.
6. Maintain and coordinate updates for Lighthouse's website, checking the site weekly to ensure all aspects are functioning properly and information is up to date.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating expertise in Lighthouse's USPs to build trust and engagement with potential buyers.
8. Coordinate and keep inventory of all marketing materials (brochures, lot maps, handouts, business cards, etc.) ensuring the sales center is always stocked.
9. Assist the Sales Manager with new marketing material development and CRM communication.
