Clinics is Canada\xe2\x80\x99s largest group of dermatologist-owned dermatology clinics and has five clinics across the prairies and is known for its approachable elegance. Bowerbird Stays has been referred to as \xe2\x80\x9cairbnb for design nerds\xe2\x80\x9d (Western Living) and is a collection of short and long term rentals across Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. We are looking for a talented, hard-working, creative person to join our team. LOCATION: IN-PERSON EITHER (WINNIPEG, CALGARY, OR BRANDON) RESPONSIBILITIES: **Content Creation:** Develop compelling and relevant content for both the SKIN Clinics and Bowerbird Stays across various social media platforms. Craft engaging posts, stories, reels and videos to promote services, events, and special offerings. **Campaign Management:** Plan, design execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new clients/patrons, and drive revenue. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results. **Community Engagement:** Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations. Build relationships with influencers and local partners to expand our reach. **Analytics and Reporting:** Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations for improvement. Measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. **Brand Consistency:** Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Uphold the unique identity and values of both the medical clinic and vacation rental business in all online communications. **Newsletters.** Draft newsletters/blog posts to send to subscribers and to add to our websites. QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in social media and marketing, preferably in the aesthetics and hospitality industries.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for design
Experience with adobe and canva
Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
Familiarity with social media advertising and budget management.
Knowledge of aesthetic industry is a plus
Photography expertise
Videography knowledge is a strong asset REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in marketing, design, or communications a strong plus
Experience in social media marketing.
Portfolio of successful campaigns
Portfolio of design work
