Position Summary:

Based in Highline Mushrooms headquarter offices in Leamington, the Marketing & Creative Specialist supports the Sales & Marketing department through the planning, organization, and implementation of marketing and sales initiatives to help grow Highline's business in the North American market.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

Key in-house designer that creates and prepares designs including but not limited to packaging, tradeshow materials, and all collateral materials. Prepares all files to be distributed to the appropriate production or printing supplier. Manages timelines for Management approval all designs. Creates and designs any product / new product / label creation or updates as required. Oversees all website design and coding with direction from the Marketing team. Routinely updates the Highline website with current graphics, photography, and messaging. Assists with content creation including recipe reels, animations, graphics, and social templates that align with Highline's brand tone and campaign goals, in coordination with the marketing team. Executes the design of digital advertising assets as required. Organizes and maintains company assets database (photography, videos, product information) Creates and Maintains Product Catalogue with the support of Product Development and Brand Manager Assists Product Development and Brand Manager with GTIN/UPC updates as required. Organize and executes

pre-event

coordination.
Assists Sales and Marketing Manager with Category Review presentations and Business Development presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Past Experiences:

A combination of experience and education will be considered.

Degree/Diploma in marketing, communications, design or a related field. Advanced technological experience including computers, digital media, print management, contact management software, databases and other marketing tools Advanced experience with Social Media platforms Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and adobe Experience in sales and business management is considered an asset Photography and Film experience an asset Strong understanding of various marketing approaches and outreach techniques
