The role is responsible for managing the organization's digital presence, supporting outreach efforts, and assisting with key administrative and fundraising initiatives.

About the role:
Plan, create, and schedule content across ACSA's social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and ACSA's Missions and Values.
Collect and curate engaging content, including community stories, testimonials, ACSA programs/services and event highlights.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and quarterly reports to track engagement, growth, and impact.
Stay up to date with trends appropriate KPIs and SEOs and implementing best practices in digital marketing and social media engagement.
Maintain and update the organization's Media Bank, ensuring high-quality images, videos, and promotional materials are well-organized and accessible for Agency Staff.
Support staff with brand-related inquiries, ensuring consistency in the use of ACSA logos, templates, and branding materials.
Assist with website updates, ensuring accurate and current information about programs, events, and services.
Assist the fundraising consultant with social media promotion of fundraising campaigns and other digital communication-related fundraising projects.
Draft, design, and schedule monthly stewardship emails to engage and retain existing donors and email subscribers.
About you:
Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community outreach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and analytics reporting.
Experience with website management (Squarespace, Mailchimp or similar CMS).
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are an asset.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for community work, nonprofit experience is an asset.
