We are seeking a talented and motivated Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Communication Specialist will be responsible for crafting compelling press releases, engaging content, and maintaining our organization's voice across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals. Write, edit, and proofread press releases, articles, and other communication materials to ensure clarity and adherence to AP style guidelines. Prepare monthly newsletter using established template Use canva and other resources to enhance written communications, announcements, and event promotions Prepare communications to promote events, products and services to our members and partners. Collaborate with team to create cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Experience

Proven experience in writing, editing, and proofreading content for various audiences. Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for audience engagement. Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to communication efforts is a plus.
