Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to oversee our referral program, improve our branding and social media exposure, build and maintain our CRM platform, and engage with our current employee and client base on a monthly basis. The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our brand awareness, expand our client base, and improve our overall marketing and communication efforts. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and expand our client base.
  • Manage our referral program and work with referral sources to increase the number of qualified caregivers.
  • Create and maintain our CRM platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver information.
  • Develop and maintain our brand identity across all marketing channels, including our website, social media, and advertising.
  • Manage our social media accounts, including creating and posting content, responding to comments and messages, and tracking engagement and analytics.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with our current client and caregiver base on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure our messaging is consistent across all channels and aligns with our business goals.
  • Analyze and report on the success of our marketing and communication efforts, including tracking metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing a referral program and working with referral sources.
  • Experience building and maintaining a CRM platform.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Commission pay
