Specializing in services such as pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, Christmas light hanging, window washing, truck fleet washing, and more. Tasks & Responsibilities This role aims to promote our services to homeowners and business owners. Our marketing and sales plan consists of some of the following methods to get in front of our potential customers. We wish to hire someone that is enthusiastic and driven to help grow our business this year using some of the below tactics. -Door-to-door lead generation. -Social media posts on local community groups. -Collaborating with other team members to help drive sales. -Placing signs in high-traffic areas. -Networking with realtors, property maintenance companies, and other business professionals that may need our services. -Creating email campaigns for potential prospects. It will be expected that each candidate works a minimum of three 3-hour shifts a week in door-to-door marketing. Any additional time can be dedicated to any of the other mentioned avenues to connect with potential customers. This role can grow into being a sales manager, with the option to turn into a salary-based full-time position. The starting hourly wage is $16.00 an hour plus $10.00 per successful lead. This should result in an average hourly rate of $26.00-$66.00 an hour on average. Additional Bonuses -Receive more than 20 leads in a week - $50 bonus. Hours & Work Schedule
This role can be worked part-time or full-time. It will be expected that each candidate works a minimum of three 3-hour shifts a week in door-to-door marketing. Any additional time can be dedicated to any of the other mentioned avenues to connect with potential customers. Door-to-door shifts can be worked on any day but Friday or Saturday evenings. Typically shifts are worked between 4:00-7:00 PM Sunday-Thursday. 10:00 AM-1:00 Saturday morning.
