About the role

Position Summary

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a creative and enthusiastic marketing professional who can help us deliver value for the business through integrated sales, marketing and communications programs.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role within the Broker Marketing & Communications team for Canada\xe2\x80\x99s leading property and casualty insurer. A strong knowledge of digital channels and metrics, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude are critical for your success. In turn, you\xe2\x80\x99ll receive plenty of opportunities to flex your skills and grow professionally within a fast-paced, dynamic and agile working environment \xe2\x80\x93 with a supportive team that likes to stop every once in a while and have a good laugh.

Here are some ways you\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference:

Manage the editorial calendar and act as air traffic controller, ensuring that we deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time

Post/deploy content through internal and external channels, which include email , web, LinkedIn, SharePoint, and others

Monitor campaign and channel KPIs; present reports to project leads, management team and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Use your project management skills to anticipate needs and corral your stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met

Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals

Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented when faced with challenges

At ease working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities

A self-admitted perfectionist with strong attention to detail

Top-notch interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization

Qualifications

University degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline is required

A minimum of three years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, project management or a related field is required

Experience with email marketing platforms or digital marketing automation is preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, social media, popular CRM systems, and analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Power BI is preferred

Experience in P&C insurance and B2B marketing are strong assets

Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is a nice-to-have
