is responsible for ensuring all rental listings are professionally marketed and presented across digital platforms. This includes managing property advertisements, coordinating and producing media content, overseeing social media presence, and supporting leasing efforts by collaborating with Property Coordinators. This role combines creative production with strategic oversight to maintain a strong brand presence and drive lead generation.
Duties
Advertising & Listings Management
Ensure all available rental units are accurately and attractively advertised on internal platforms and external listing services (Rentals.ca, RentFaster, Zumper, etc.)
Media Production & Management
Schedule, capture, and coordinate photography and video content for all new listings
Edit and prepare video tours and walkthroughs for digital use
Maintain an organized media database with properly labeled and categorized assets
Ad Auditing & Quality Control
Perform regular audits of all live listings to ensure accuracy of pricing, media, and descriptions
Identify and replace outdated or unclear visuals
Track media gaps across listings and schedule updated media where needed
Ensure consistency in presentation across all platforms
Social Media & Brand Visibility
Create and manage social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Develop property-focused posts, behind-the-scenes content, and brand engagement campaigns
Coordinate listing highlights and "just listed" posts to boost unit exposure
Monitor analytics and engagement, and adjust strategy based on performance
Maintain brand voice and aesthetics across all social channels
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
Ensure Property Coordinators are consistently posting and maintaining listings for their portfolios
Communicate with Leasing and Property Management teams to stay updated on upcoming vacancies and leasing timelines
Train and support Property Coordinators in proper ad posting practices and branding standards
Report weekly on ad performance, listing accuracy, media status, and social media engagement
Monitor listing timelines and ensure ads are posted promptly and updated as needed
Write engaging, SEO-optimized listing descriptions
Review and approve listings created by Property Coordinators; provide guidance and support to ensure consistency and quality
Skills
Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
Excellent research skills to gather insights that inform advertising strategies.
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance.
Basic knowledge of HTML for web-related tasks is a plus.
Experience in budgeting and financial management related to advertising projects.
Solid background in advertising principles and practices.
Knowledge of e-commerce strategies that enhance online sales performance.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
