End of the Roll Flooring Centres is seeking a highly organized, detail-focused Marketing Administrator to help keep our marketing operations running seamlessly. A day in the life

The Marketing Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of our marketing department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-focused, and enjoys balancing creative and administrative tasks. Reporting to the marketing director, you will work closely with the digital strategist and collaborate with franchise owners to ensure campaigns, assets, and brand communications are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize marketing assets, including promotional materials, digital content, and brand resources. Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives across franchise locations. Assist with content creation for email marketing, social media, newsletters, and internal communications. Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met. Support franchisees with marketing-related inquiries, requests, and resource needs. Assist with vendor coordination (printers, designers, ad platforms, etc.). Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports as needed. Help ensure brand standards are followed across all locations and materials.

What You'll Bring

1-3 years' experience in marketing, communications, or an administrative/coordinator role (agency or retail/ franchise experience an asset). Strong organizational skills: you enjoy managing calendars, project trackers, and multiple deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clear, friendly, and professional tone with franchises and vendors. High attention to detail--you catch the wrong link, misspelled word, or off-brand image before it goes live. A service mindset: you like helping internal "clients" (franchisees, colleagues) succeed.
