Your Role -- What You'll Do

Serve as the

main contact

for assigned clients; manage communication, timelines, and expectations. Coordinate with internal creative, content, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time. Monitor progress and prepare light performance reports. Communicate fluently in

English and Mandarin

for both client and internal collaboration. Collect feedback to improve campaign strategies. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-promotion when appropriate.

What We're Looking For

1 + year experience in account service, marketing, or social-media-related roles (internship experience counts). Strong written and spoken

English + Mandarin

communication skills. Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-up habits. Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling. Must be able to work

on-site

at our Markham office.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
