About the Team



The Outside Sales team has been the face of DoorDash to our merchant partners since our founding in 2013. Stationed locally, this team creates deep partnerships with the most coveted local and regional restaurants in any given geography. Our Outside Sales team is the revenue driving arm of DoorDash and ensures the growth of our partnerships which help strengthen operations, accelerate consumer growth, and improve our bottom line.



About the Role



We are looking for a bilingual Territory Account Executive (Regional Merchant Lead) for the Outside Sales team to establish partnerships with our local merchants across Canada. As part of our Outside Sales team, you'll join a team of experienced sales professionals who have excelled in the art of leading deliberate sales processes. You'll be focused on new restaurant acquisition with a transactional deal cycle and bringing on the best local and regional restaurants onto the DoorDash platform. In this role you will prospect, meet with, and close partnerships with these merchants.



You will report into the Regional Sales Manager on our Canada team where you'll have direct access to all you'll need to grow your career to the next level. This is a hybrid role with some time traveling in the region meeting with prospective merchants (2-3 days per week) and some time remote. In addition, this role will require the ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through trainings, offsites, team-building events, and other business related necessity.

A propos du poste



Nous sommes a la recherche d'un ou d'une charge(e) des comptes de restaurant francophone pour l'equipe des ventes externes afin d'etablir des partenariats avec nos commercants locaux a Montreal. En tant que membre de notre equipe des ventes externes, vous vous joindrez a une equipe de professionnels de la vente experimentes qui excellent dans l'art des processus de vente deliberes. Vous vous concentrerez sur l'acquisition de nouveaux restaurants avec un cycle d'offres transactionnelles et vous attirerez les meilleurs restaurants locaux et regionaux sur la plateforme DoorDash. Dans ce role, vous rechercherez, rencontrerez et etablirez des partenariats avec ces commercants.



Vous releverez de la direction regionale des ventes de notre equipe de l'Est du Canada, ou vous aurez un acces direct a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour faire progresser votre carriere. Il s'agit d'un poste hybride qui devrait etre principalement sur le terrain (2 a 3 jours) pour rencontrer des clients potentiels et 1 a 2 jours de travail a distance a domicile.

les PME et l'industrie de la restauration, faire profiter les restaurateurs de la valeur d'un partenariat avec DoorDash et negocier des ententes de partage des revenus, exceller dans un cycle d'offres transactionnelles et conclure de nouvelles affaires en quelques jours, utiliser des strategies creatives dans les processus de vente et l'approche des partenaires potentiels, echanger des informations pratiques avec la direction des ventes et l'equipe des operations, faire part a vos coequipiers de vos experiences et de vos conseils pour les aider a s'ameliorer, vous deplacer dans differents marches et rencontrer des restaurateurs (role hybride incluant jusqu'a 50 % de deplacements)
Votre candidature nous interesse, car...


vous avez plus de deux ans d'experience, idealement a clore des ventes ou une experience connexe, vous excellez dans un cycle d'offres transactionnelles, vous savez depasser les attentes, vous avez de l'experience dans la vente de solutions multiproduits, vous abordez les defis a partir des principes fondamentaux, vous utilisez des tactiques de vente creatives pour interagir avec les clients potentiels, vous avez de l'experience dans l'utilisation d'un CRM (Salesforce) et des applications Google, vous parlez couramment le francais et l'anglais.
