We are hiring
two reliable, community-minded individuals
to join our team asPart-Time Market Support Coordinators
. This is a great opportunity for those passionate aboutfood security
and supportingsingle-parent families
in our community.Each coordinator will help set up and run the
first two hours
of our weekly market, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and inclusive environment for vendors and visitors alike.Key Responsibilities
Arrive early to assist with market setup (tables, signage, supplies) Coordinate with volunteers to ensure smooth operations Greet and assist market visitors during the first two hours Support food distribution and community engagement efforts Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive market space
Qualifications
Friendly, dependable, and community-focused Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Food Safe certification preferred
Experience or interest in food security or social services is a plus Must be available one consistent day per week for 4 hoursOur Commitment
