ABOUT THE ROLE:
Under the direction of the Regional Education Manager, the Market Education Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the education strategy for the assigned market. This is accomplished through the delivery of curriculum and mentoring in-store, in classroom and virtual learning experiences. This role will provide the highest level of service and selling training, mentoring, support and expertise to Beauty Advisors and leadership to successfully achieve Sephora\xe2\x80\x99s strategic and sales goals.
WHAT YOU\'LL DO

  • Collaborate with Regional Education Manager and district Manager to implement training and mentoring focuses within identified stores
  • Follow all defined processes for feedback to regional education manager and district manager based on store visit or training session
  • Facilitates learning programs (services, selling, category and product, leadership) via virtual platforms.
  • 50% facilitation, 50% in store visit support
  • Ensure that Beauty Advisorss are aware of and participating in training programs to address store and operational needs.
  • Assess, train, guide and support the store leadership teams in the execution of in-store education curriculum and personal development plans for Beauty Advisors to achieve business results
  • Observe and mentor the store leadership team with their delivery of training to ensure quality and consistency across all stores
  • Observe and support follow-up assessments to support Beauty Advisors through their personal development plans
  • Act as a subject matter specialist in the creation of training materials and initiatives

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BRING
  • Fully bilingual (written and verbal) in French and English
  • Located in the Quebec or Ottawa area with a reliable vehicle to support store visits
  • Consistent track record to conduct successful trainings using outstanding and innovative presentation skills and tools both instructors led and virtual classrooms
  • Experience with, and full understanding of, the Sephora concept of retailing and client service
  • Basic digital literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Elevated Leadership skills required.
  • Demonstrate and model outstanding client service standards
  • Knowledge of products in all worlds; Makeup, Skincare, Haircare, and Fragrance
  • Ability to travel across Canada (30-40%of time)
  • Reliable Vehicle for store visits
