McGregor on the Water is a family owned and operated Marina!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Technician to join our tight-knit team. As a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on various types of marine vessels. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Pay to be compensated with experience.

Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on marine engines, electrical systems, and other components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Install and test new equipment and systems on marine vessels
- Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Marine Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and other components
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the marine industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Skills:
- Marine engine maintenance and repair
- Electrical system troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledge of boat systems such as plumbing, fuel systems, and HVAC
- Familiarity with marine electronics and navigation systems
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in the marine industry
