Position Summary

We seek an Attendant to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will ensure seamless and enjoyable customer experiences during boat and equipment rentals. This opportunity is ideal for watersports enthusiasts pursuing valuable experience in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

- Help customers with boat rentals and service information.

- Maintain equipment to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.

- Monitor boat conditions and report maintenance needs promptly.

- Address inquiries and resolve issues to deliver excellent customer service.

- Support fishing equipment setup for customers as required.

- Aid daily operations to guarantee smooth service delivery.

Requirements

- Robust customer service skills with a friendly approach.

- Competency in equipment maintenance and basic upkeep tasks.

- Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.

- Basic electrical systems knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.

- English fluency; additional languages are an asset.
