battery test systems, chargers, analyzers

that optimize battery performance. We are also currently developing a variety of battery packs, battery monitoring systems, charges, analyzers and advanced battery testers which involve complex signal processing. We employ over 65 employees and also operate regional sales offices located in the Nurnberg, Germany.

The Position: Manufacturing Test Engineer



We are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our growing organization. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering and Test Manager, the successful candidate responsibilities include designing and implementing of product Manufacturing Test Systems (MTS) ensuring the quality and the functionality of a product. Support of product Manufacturing Test Systems (MTS), Manufacturing Process Applications, and support for existing products.

ProductProcess Support will range from Commercial, Military to Medical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following:

Development of Manufacturing Test Systems, design, implementation, and controls in support of products. Support of existing Manufacturing Test System. Lead implementation of user group standards across the site and support user group projects on specific processes as required, as assigned. Lead assessments of new assemblies for implementation into the manufacturing process as assigned Support manufacturing tool design and implementation. Support failure analysis for MTS. Perform other Manufacturing Engineering duties as assigned.

Manufacturing Test Engineer Skills and Qualifications:



Technology Diploma in Engineering or a Degree or equivalent experience is required. Software Engineering Degree or greater is highly preferred. Proficient in CC++ Lab-viewPython for embedded micro-controllers, ability to code and troubleshoot at the hardware level Lab-view is the Main application used with the organization. 2 to 3 years of knowledge is desired. Working knowledge of New Product Introduction requirements process is highly desirable Electro-technology understanding of schematic diagrams and hardware concepts Develops Manufacturing Test Systems processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors as assigned Dealing with Complexity, Informing Others, Leadership, Supervision, Hardware Specifications, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Product Development, and Presenting Technical Information.

Language Skills



Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to satisfactorily perform the duties of the position. Additional Languages are desired

Computer Skills



Perform moderately complex computer tasks as assigned. Knowledge and use of MS office is required. Specifically Word and Excel. Understanding of Excel equations and functions is an asset. Understanding of Networking setup and configurations.

Pay: $45,500.00-$75,000.00 per month
