Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician with a background in electronics manufacturing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in the production line, including assembling electronic components, troubleshooting circuitry, performing quality control tests, packaging, sorting, storing assembled products, handling raw materials, and managing warehouse activities. This role requires a keen understanding of manufacturing processes and electronics to maintain our high standards.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble and test electronic devices and systems according to established procedures and guidelines
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and product design
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and contribute to process documentation
• Handle raw materials in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and organization
• Unpack and pack goods, managing inventory and storage within the warehouse
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry items of maximum 45 lbs
Additional Qualifications:
• Background in manufacturing is preferred.
• Soldering skills and knowledge of using electronics test and measurement devices are assets.
• Proficiency in interpreting electronic schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.

Reporting Structure:
This position works under the supervision and reports to the company management team.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or a related field preferred
• 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing within a production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control measures
• Ability to use electronic testing equipment and diagnostic tools effectively
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and quality assurance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
