Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Set-up, operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. CNC Laser and CNC Brake experience an asset. Assist with assembly of products, electrical and hydraulic experience an asset. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety standards. Conduct inspections of products during various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and safety checks. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.

Skills



Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production techniques. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors. Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
