We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and products. The Manufacturing Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

Assemble and test components according to specifications and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Document production activities, including any issues encountered and resolutions applied. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow. Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with company policies.

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical drawings and schematics. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes are advantageous. Previous experience in manufacturing or related fields is a plus but not required.
