Adecco is currently hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician - Medical Assembler for a temporary position with the possibly becoming permanent in Etobicoke, ON, offering a competitive wage of $20.00 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing small components and cartridges used in medical or scientific applications.
Working in a clean, controlled environment, you'll perform tasks using microscopes, hand tools, and precision equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail who are looking to gain experience in the medical device or scientific manufacturing industry.
Pay rate: $20/hour.
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:
Visually inspect, assemble, and test cartridges or sub-assemblies using approved procedures
Follow all work instructions and production protocols
Record production and testing information accurately
Use microscopes for extended periods to complete detailed tasks
Operate hand tools and specialized equipment to complete assembly work
Ensure compliance with gowning protocols and cleanroom standards
Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized workstation
Use computers to run tests and input data as required
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work with small components and tools
Experience with microscopes or precision assembly preferred
Previous experience in medical device or scientific equipment assembly is a strong asset
Familiarity with Gas Chromatography (GC) or microfluidics assembly is an advantage
