RESPONSIBILITIES

• ANDON electrical support as part of the assembly and manufacturing cell evening team.
• CAD and drafting using E2A and MicroStation Power Draft.
• Suggesting improvements in our processes, products and tools by applying Lean principles.
• Working on a team focused on customer needs.
• Finding solutions to complex issues.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings according to ANSI Y14.5 standards.
• Must be able to actively participate in an environment with several stakeholders and duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Electrical knowledge for design and drafting.
• Knowledge of the E2A CAD tool and of 2D MicroStation PowerDraft.
• Knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Clear, logical communication of information.
• Autonomy; sense of responsibility.
• Focused on teamwork; has good team spirit.
• Ability to manage priorities, work on several projects at once, stay on schedule and meet tight deadlines.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Attention to detail; pride in a job well done.
• Knowledge of Excel and Access an asset.
• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience in the field OR a technical diploma in a related field and 3 years\' experience in the field.
• Experience in an ANDON support environment is a major asset.
• Basic knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with interdisciplinary teams.
• Bilingualism.
• May require occasional travel worldwide.

• Support \xc3\xa9lectrique Andon sur \xc3\xa9quipe de soir cellule d\'assemblage et de fabrication.
• Designer en CAO et mise en plan avec outil E2A et Microstation Powerdraft.
• Sugg\xc3\xa9rer des am\xc3\xa9liorations dans nos processus, produis et outils en appliquant les principes LEAN.
• Travail d\'\xc3\xa9quipe avec une \xc3\xa9quipe ax\xc3\xa9e sur les besoins de ses clients.
• Trouver des solutions a des probl\xc3\xa9matiques complexes.
• Lire et interpr\xc3\xa9ter des dessins d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie selon les standards ANSI Y14.5.
• Doit \xc3\xaatre capable de participer activement dans un environnement avec plusieurs intervenants et fonctions.
• Performer diff\xc3\xa9rentes autres taches requises.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Connaissance \xc3\xa9lectrique pour le design et la mise en plan ;
• Connaissance outil CAO E2A et 2D Microstation Powerdraft;
• Connaissance des outils Lean Six Sigma ;

• Savoir communiquer les informations de fa\xc3\xa7on claire et logique;
• Autonomie et sens des responsabilit\xc3\xa9s;
• Orient\xc3\xa9 vers le travail d\'\xc3\xa9quipe et l\'esprit de collaboration;
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer les priorit\xc3\xa9s, travailler sur plusieurs dossiers \xc3\xa0 la fois, respecter les \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9anciers et les d\xc3\xa9lais serr\xc3\xa9s ;
• Bonne organisation du travail;
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 s\'adapter au changement ;
• Minutie, souci du d\xc3\xa9tail et du travail bien fait;
• Connaissance logiciel Excel et Access un atout
• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en g\xc3\xa9nie \xc3\xa9lectrique ou l\'\xc3\xa9quivalent ainsi que 2-3 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine OU technique dans un domaine connexe ainsi que 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un environnement de support Andon un atout majeur.
• Connaissance de base de la suite MS Office.
• Aptitude \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9velopper et maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les \xc3\xa9quipes inter-fonctionnelles.
• Bilinguisme.
• Peut demander des voyages occasionnels \xc3\xa0 travers le monde.
