We are looking to employ a detail-oriented comminution equipment manufacturing specialist. As a manufacturing and fabrication professional, you will lead the machine builds from the prototype to full production build lifecycles. Your significant experience in rock crushing and comminution equipment design and manufacturing will drive the current and future success of the organization by understanding the market trends and providing strategic insight and guidance for product development. The position is based in Innisfail, Alberta Responsibilities:
- Understand global demand and trends of the industry
- Provide strategic guidance and managerial support for designing, protoyping and manufacturing rock crushing / comminution equipment
- Provide technical support for all aspects of the design and fabrication processes
- Create, develop and support product road maps, including new designs and fabrication methods
- Collaborate with all members of the organization and company partners to achieve production and financial goals
- Develop and analyze market trends for new product and continued production pipeline opportunities
- Technical support for improving processes, increasing productivity and implementing technical solutions
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Research and Development expertise with comminution equipment, processes, and trends
- Ideally 15+ years in designing, prototyping, to full production build and manufacturing comminution experience
- Experience within a manufacturing facility of heavy equipment is required.
- Design and manufacturing expertise with Crawler Track equipment within the crushing and screening industry
- Understanding of blueprints including complicated hydraulic and PLC electronic schematics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills

- Full-Time, Permanent Employment
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.5 hour shifts
- Language: English
- Base Wage: $90,000+ / year
