Westcan Manufacturing is looking for

serious and reliable individuals to be a part of our production team. We manufacture storage solutions and accessories for the light work van and light work truck industry.

We have many different work stations, and we cross train team members to work in many of them. We train to run CNC equipment such as Turret Punches, CNC knife tables and Sheet and Tube Laser as an example. We also use computers to track jobs, retrieve SOP's view drawings and our daily duties heavily rely on team members being able to navigate easily on computers/tablets or mobile devices.

Monday to Thursday 6 am to 4:30 pm. Possible O/T on Fridays when needed.

Ideal candidates require the following qualities.

Able to work 40 hours a week consistently. Read a tape measure Ability to follow strict guidelines and procedures Able to follow directions Great reading and comprehension skills Great communication skills Easily work with a group on individually Positive attitude
Other qualities that would be a strong asset

Previous experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment Previous experience operating CNC equipment Experience leading and directing a group of co-workers
