Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 BOE

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage a team of technicians, trades, Team Leaders, and Supervisors to ensure efficient manufacturing, assembly, and project completion.
• Support the Operations Manager and Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Ensure staff are trained in production processes and adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment, tooling, and materials to support scheduled production activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through employee engagement and operational frameworks like SQCDP.

What's Needed?

• A university degree in a related field or equivalent experience and knowledge.
• Minimum of five years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and motivate teams.
• Competence in planning, production methods, and reading engineering drawings.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and MRP software, with understanding of health and safety legislation.
