Manufacturing Knowledge: Mechanical System Knowledge, Machine Control System Knowledge, CNC Programming and Drawing comprehension in relation to Milling, Turning, Mazak operating and CNC Machining

Principal Accountabilities
Monitor and achieve departmental KPI's related to safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.
Lead, engage and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and training programs.
Analyze ERP and production data to create reports on performance, forecasts, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, QMS standards and safety procedures.
Maintain up to date procedures, work instructions, and training documentation.
Manage department budgets, consumables, and resource planning to support operations.
Oversee equipment condition, maintenance needs, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
Foster a positive work environment by applying company policies, celebrating achievements, and maintaining confidentiality.
Assign tasks, manage workflows, and forecast staffing needs to meet production targets efficiently.
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
Five years in a supervisor or leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ten years of Manufacturing experience.
Practical understanding of industrial/manufacturing principles, standards, methods, and practises.
Basic understanding of directional drilling tools and the materials used in directional drilling.
Familiar with specifications API, 7-1, 7-2 and DS1.
Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
