Manufacturing Manager - Bridgeview Manufacturing

Bridgeview Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join our dynamic team. This leadership role is central to ensuring smooth production operations and delivering high-quality farm machinery on time to our customers worldwide.

As Manufacturing Manager, you will collaborate closely with general management, shop floor supervisors, purchasing, and engineering to plan and optimize workflow across the factory. You'll play a key role in aligning production schedules with customer commitments, driving efficiency, and maintaining the reliability of our equipment and processes.

What We're Looking For

Proven management experience in a manufacturing environment Strong proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management Excellent communication and leadership skills A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate production workflow throughout the factory Develop and manage production schedules based on sales commitments and forecasts Conduct time studies to monitor and improve production efficiency Ensure accurate inventory management and work order usage through our ERP system Identify opportunities to enhance manufacturing methods and processes Oversee maintenance and inspections of shop machinery to ensure reliability and safety
