We are excited to offer full-time positions for Manufacturing team members with one of our esteemed local clients in the beautiful Orillia area. Enjoy the convenience of an afternoon shift, working from Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm. This role not only provides a steady work schedule but also offers a range of benefits.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Working on an assembly line across various departments
• Manufacturing parts, cables, and elements
• Operating large machinery to stretch and lengthen metal pieces into cables
• Winding finished cables on large machines
• Transporting products to carts
• Conducting testing and quality control
• Maintaining production timelines
• Producing products according to set specifications
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines

What We Are Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform standing, bending, and twisting tasks
• Experience using micrometers
• Strong reliability and good attendance record
• Ability to follow directions and a strong willingness to learn
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure
• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
• Availability to train on the day shift (Mon-Fri, 7 am to 3 pm) for a minimum of 1 week
• Must have CSA approved steel-toed boots for start date

We offer a competitive wage of $19.00/hr plus a $1.50/hr shift premium for all hours worked on the afternoon shift.
