Summary

We are seeking a

practical, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer

who understands how equipment is engineered, built, and assembled in the real world. Working with dies, automation, robotics and fabrication machines on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.

AutoCAD and SolidWorks (basic CAD/CAM) MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, databases, e-mail) Statistical software (e.g., JMP, QI Macros, Excel-based tools) Automation & Robotics: Strong PLC programming knowledge. Experience with industrial robotics and vision systems. Ability to automate processes using robotics or custom-built equipment. Ability to build simple machine and jigs Manufacturing Systems: Ability to interpret blueprints and bills of materials (BOM) Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge: Mechanical design basics Experience with electronics and electrical machinery Process Improvement & Quality Tools: Six Sigma, LEAN, Flow Manufacturing methods DMAIC, Ishikawa, 5 whys for root cause analysis Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in manufacturing engineering or similar.

Hands-on technical background with familiarity in machinery and production equipment (programmable machines).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Manufacturing engineering: 1 year (preferred) Manufacturing facility: 5 years (required) PLC programming knowledge: 1 year (preferred) o Experience with industrial robotics and vision systems: 1 year (preferred) o Ability to automate processes using robotics: 1 year (preferred) o Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems : 1 year (preferred) SolidWorks: 1 year (preferred)
