Collaborating with design, quality, and supply chain teams, you'll lead capacity planning and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support growth and operational excellence.
We're looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation. You'll also work with external partners to integrate cutting-edge technologies and keep Hardrock at the forefront of industrial manufacturing.
Key Job Responsibilities

  • Create, document, and continuously refine assembly-line work instructions and process standards for new and existing product lines to maximize efficiency and reduce production errors.
  • Work collaboratively with multifunctional teams across product development cycles, integrating manufacturing feasibility reviews, supply chain technical support, and production planning to facilitate smooth transition from prototype through mass production.
  • Engage with industry peers, suppliers, and specialized organizations to research new manufacturing process technologies and tooling approaches, promoting innovation within the manufacturing domain.

  • Exemplify leadership qualities and work collaboratively within teams, promoting creativity, innovation, and constructive problem-solving.
  • Self-driven and articulate communicator with strong written and verbal skills to effectively prepare detailed technical reports and deliver impactful presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with the ability to apply continuous improvement tools to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
