As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you won't just observe--you'll build, redesign, validate, and improve. Responsibilities
Rebuild, update, and refine all manufacturing processes, work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids.
Conduct time studies, validate tooling, and assess equipment capability.
Participate in process trials, prove-outs, and first-article manufacturing runs.
Ensure all documentation aligns with aerospace standards, customer requirements, and internal guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Quality and Engineering to ensure processes reflect the latest design updates.
Bring ideas forward and help shape more efficient, reliable, and scalable manufacturing methods.
Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related field).
Strong computer skills, including CAD tools and MS Office.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to collaborate and learn.
Passion for engineering, manufacturing, and aerospace.
