As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a

Manufacturing Engineer

with strong analytical and hands-on skills to support our production operations.

Responsibilities



Provide front-line engineering support to production, offering rapid troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and assembly-related issues. Assist in defining and documenting detailed manufacturing and assembly process specifications. Analyze build issues to identify root causes and develop clear, safe, and effective rework or repair instructions. Collaborate closely with production supervisors, quality engineers, and system engineers to resolve real-time manufacturing issues and prevent recurrence. Interface with internal project customers to address technical concerns, communicate corrective actions, and ensure proper follow-up. Monitor production processes across manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Review non-conforming material and determine appropriate disposition (use-as-is, rework, or reject) based on engineering analysis. Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) evaluations and provide fully documented findings. Compile and interpret test results and analyses; prepare engineering reports, charts, and data summaries. Support the Production Manager in identifying needs for process improvements, tooling enhancements, and workflow optimization. Prepare cost estimates for materials, documentation updates, labor requirements, and process changes. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements



Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, with a minimum of

3 years' experience

in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience in both mechanical

and

electrical troubleshooting in a production setting. Experience working with and/or implementing an ERP system. Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing issues quickly in a fast-paced environment. Effective technical communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with production, leadership, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to prioritize multiple tasks on the production floor. Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
