We Want You To:

Be reliable, have a solid work ethic, self-motivated, and effectively manage your pace to meet targets and objectives. Have a high degree of mechanical inclination, focusing on accuracy, quality and detail. Have 1-3 years of experience operating hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, production and manufacturing machinery (considered an asset)*.
Be capable of safely lifting up to 50-70 lbs. Able to perform repetitive tasks, including pushing and pulling, while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment. Communicate, collaborate, and problem-solve cooperatively within teams. As a safety precaution, fluency in English is a must.

You Will Gain:

A variety of practical skills in metalworking, fabricating, machining, welding, finishing, assembly, quality control and packaging guided by skilled and experienced team members. $22.00 per hour to start
