Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated MOT Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, helping them navigate through their emotional, psychological, and social challenges. This role requires a strong commitment to client care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

We are open 9am to 9pm daily, and each staff member is able to customize their own schedule based on room availability on a weekly or biweekly rotating schedule

Duties

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients. Assess clients' mental health status through interviews, assessments, and observations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations. Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. Stay updated on best practices in therapy techniques and mental health trends through continuous education.
