We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in color theory, sanitation practices, and various nail techniques will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clientele.
Duties
Provide a range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate shades and styles.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all work areas and tools.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments based on client interests.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty services to provide informed recommendations.
Assist with retail sales by promoting products that enhance client experiences at home.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Experience
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles related to nail care, hair styling, barbering, and body waxing.
Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in product sales effectively.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
