We are currently seeking a

Manager's Assistant

to support daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the management team in structuring, refining, and documenting company policies, SOPs, and training materials to ensure efficient and standardized workflows. Support the development and implementation of training programs related to company policies and procedures, ensuring employees understand and comply with established guidelines. Collect, categorize, and systematically archive daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with accuracy and timeliness. Provide daily and timely reporting on the progress of assigned tasks, key action items, and company priorities. Assist the management team in completing to-do lists efficiently and accurately, ensuring priorities are clearly tracked and executed. Schedule, assign, and track tasks listed in the master task sheet, follow up on progress, and ensure timely completion by relevant personnel. Monitor task execution and deliverables, proactively identifying delays or risks and reporting them to management. Provide a minimum of three potential solutions when reporting issues or challenges to the management team. Assist with project planning and execution, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and special initiatives. Assist with system, website, app, and VR-related operational coordination, including task tracking, documentation support, and cross-functional communication. Oversee company filing systems and ensure that all documents, contracts, and personnel files are properly organized, archived, and easily retrievable. Operate office equipment and support general administrative duties, including correspondence preparation, scheduling, and visitor reception. Prepare, organize, and coordinate materials for client deliverables, trade shows, meetings, and company projects. Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and itinerary planning as required. Ensure the facility is well-maintained, clean, and functional; proactively report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or operational risks. Maintain a professional office environment by keeping workstations, shared areas, and company computers clean, orderly, and well-organized. Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external requests, maintaining clear, accurate, and effective communication with all stakeholders. Summarize, consolidate, and highlight key insights from reports, documents, and datasets to support informed decision-making by management. Follow established procedures for workflow management and ensure full compliance with company policies and internal guidelines. Other duties as assigned

Perferred Qualifications(Assets):



University or college diploma/degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related software-focused field Experience in office administration, training support, or operations Experience with systems, websites, apps, or digital platforms E-commerce experience is strongly preferred Market research experience Background in education or training-related industries Golf-related experience (asset)
