What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Site Merchandising
• Work closely with the Marketing team to manage a multi-channel publishing calendar
• Guarantee all planned site updates are completed on time and to desired specifications
• Manage the ticketing system to support website modifications and requests, including assigning tickets and priorities
• Ownership of promotional icons and TO promo in the path to purchase
• Updating mobile application
• Assure consistency of communication look and feel, tone, and messaging
• Offers optimization suggestions to enhance the online shopper\'s experience
• Data-Driven Commerce
• Setting up and implementing a search engine optimization (SEO) plan to enhance search results
• Produce and analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations
• Analyze competitor websites for competitive intelligence
• Utilizes analytical tools to monitor visitor activity and engagement, and develop new ideas or improve old content

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

• Five (5) years of work-related experience, with two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field
• Experience being the champion and voice of the customer in a marketing organization that is customer-centric
• Experience with CMS platforms (preferably Contentful), Google Analytics, and a comfort level of test and evolve mentality
• Experience Digital focused marketer who is detail-oriented and data-driven
• Self-starter and continuous learner in an ever-evolving area of marketing
• Technical expertise regarding site tools
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong selling and influence skills
• Decision-maker
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications in Marketing, User Experience, or Customer Experience is considered an asset
