We are hiring for a Software Project Manager with one of our client based in Toronto, ON.Duartion: 12 Months
Working Location: 250 Yonge Street, Toronto [hybrid model with some flexibility]Job Details:
This role is accountable for managing TPS Product Policies, Procedures and Forms including customer agreements and required disclosures. The role is responsible for updating, publishing and maintaining product policies, procedures and forms working with TPS Product Managers, BMO\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Policies and Procedures team (Corporate P&P) and business, operations, risk and compliance partners across the Enterprise where required.

• Experience distilling technical and complex information into easy-to-understand policies and procedures.
• Strong business and documentation fundamentals including understanding process design and efficiency.
• Project & Process coordination and management
• Effective and timely issue management and resolution skills (proactive and persistent)
• Clear and effective communicator and takes responsibility for understanding and helping others
• Able to exercise independent thought and judgment
• Leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong project and change management skills
• Results oriented and able to manage multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality and integrity of deliverables
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively (team player)
• Experience with standard office software, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
