As Canada's largest mental health care provider, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health provides evidence to drive system and policy change through the implementation of innovations and novel service delivery interventions. The Research Operations, Services and Support (ROSS) Office is a central group within CAMH Research that provides administrative support to ensure that all research activities carried out at CAMH or by CAMH personnel comply with funder, governmental or institutional policies and regulations.
Position Description:
The ROSS Office is seeking a full time Manager reporting to the Director, People, Space and Integrity. This role will be an integral member of the ROSS team and will work closely with scientists and research staff leading 3 interrelated administrative portfolios centered on supporting and integrating research personnel into the CAMH Research community: Research Trainees, Scientific Appointments, Evaluations, and Promotions, and the Study Start-up Process. The manager will oversee day-to-day team operations and lead the development and execution of key initiatives within each area with the overarching objective of providing Research personnel with efficient and transparent user experiences within a robust framework of policies and procedures.
