This role is responsible to lead and coach the regional Quality Operations (QO) team to contribute to HVDC delivering projects that meet or exceed our customer expectations QO is the operational department with responsibility for the leading, driving, coaching, monitoring & inspiring the organization in project quality management This position will allow you to contribute to the strategy and development of the department by being part of the Quality Operations Management team. In this role you will be responsible for resource management and budget. Responsibilities: Lead and coach the regional QO team related to agreed plan, budget, and strategy Ensure regional compliance to processes and develop them Contribute and drive HVDC Q&CI Culture & strategy as one HVDC Quality team Foresee and plan staff and budget requirements based on forecast for the region Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of regional QO team members Develop team members by identifying development areas and provide coaching Take ownership for the working environment of the team and contribute to a good atmosphere
Your background: Bachelor\'s degree in technical or engineering or quality management and minimum 5 years of professional experience related to EPC project-based environment. Good if you have power or energy industry experience. Important to have worked in projects in large, global and complex organizations. Experience in process management ideally in project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry, or other quality and process-oriented industries. Capacity to communicate, result oriented, speed in execution, openness and listen to others. English fluency (written and spoken) Willingness to travel.
