In conjunction with the Property Manager, the Manager, Tenant Relations I, proactively coordinates every aspect of the tenant relationship by maintaining a consistent tenant services strategy.
What you will deliver:
Represents CF as a key contact in maintaining positive tenant relationships through professional and effective responsiveness to, and proactive consideration of, tenant issues, thereby ensuring that tenant expectations and landlord criteria are being consistently met.
Assists in the preparation and implementation of strategic plans to increase and uphold the quality and effectiveness of tenant relations.
Works with the Property Coordinator to ensure that all relevant tenant communications and access requests are distributed in a timely and effective manner.
Assists with the coordination of tenant events and activations, tenant appreciation events and tenant meetings.
Meets with property management team, tenants, vendors, contractors and senior management to review and resolve operational challenges and implement new initiatives.
Responsible for ensuring that CF best-in-class image is consistently maintained, as it pertains to overall building presentation, regularly touring buildings to ensure a high level of standard is maintained.
Assists the Property Manager with the oversight and management of key service agreements related to building presentation, aesthetics and client experience.
Assists the Property Manager and the Operations team in the execution of strategies to exceed budgeted EBIT (forecast meetings, variance reporting), sustainability benchmarks (Green at Work, LEED), and operational KPI (cleaning, service requests, elevator & HVAC performance).
Works with the Property Coordinator to ensure insurance and contract files are complete, accurate and current.
Participates in and contributes, as needed, in the property annual budget process.
Collaborates with the Property Coordinator on all aspects of the property storage program, including: drafting storage agreements, adhering to internal processes, facilitating possession and payment, and tracking expiries, renewals, and move-outs.
Working with the Property Manager, ensures all amenity spaces offer a best-in-class image and experience. Explores and implements new and engaging experiences and future improvements in cooperation with the Marketing team and other stakeholders.

What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's Degree at an accredited university preferred; or college certificate/diploma in a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client services
RPA, Real Estate License or CPM Professional Designation desirable
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
Starting base salary for this job level may range from $67,265.00 to $89,687.00. The actual base salary offered will consider several factors including, but not limited to the role, experiences, skills & qualifications, location, market and internal considerations; with this context, CF reserves the right to pay above this range.
