Content Design & LMS Management
: Develop engaging learning materials and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless learner experience and effective content delivery.
Program Oversight & Governance
: Implement learning policies, approval processes, and governance frameworks to support consistent and high-quality program delivery.
Continuous Improvement
: Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance learning design and delivery.
Vendor & Project Management
: Manage learning vendors, support RFPs and contracts, and contribute to HR projects that improve efficiency and employee experience.
What You Bring to the Table
7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with deep expertise in learning design, delivery, and technology.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP designation in good standing.
Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and manage LMS platforms, virtual learning tools, and digital content development.
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, with experience supporting both salaried and hourly audiences.
Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
