We're seeking a dynamic Manager, Strategic Enablement to join our CAE Group team - someone who can use your creative spark to develop compelling narratives that inspire, influence, and inform. This role is perfect for a creative communicator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, design, and storytelling.

What You'll Do



Strategic Communications

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that connect and amplify key initiatives across the CAE Group Create engaging newsletters and corporate communications that resonate with diverse audiences Transform technical concepts into accessible, visually compelling content that drives understanding and action

Visual Storytelling & Content Creation

Bring ideas to life through innovative visual design and creative content development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels Design and produce materials that elevate our communications from informative to inspirational

Strategic Integration & Influence

Serve as a connector, weaving together disparate initiatives into cohesive, meaningful narratives Build relationships across the organization to identify opportunities for strategic alignment and amplification Act as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and messaging effectiveness

What We're Looking For



Proven track record in corporate communications, content strategy, or related field Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences Experience creating newsletters and internal communications Strong visual design capabilities with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar). Eye for aesthetics and ability to create polished, professional materials Experience with content creation across multiple formats and platforms Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
