Job Description

Immediately seeking Full-Time ManagerLooking for an enthusiastic individual to lead and oversee daily operations with exceptional customer service skills. Job requirements entail:

  • 2 years experience in restaurant customer service would be an asset.
  • Ability to manage a staff of 10 or more.
  • Provide employees with feedback to improve service and ensure safety.
  • Handling requests and complaints.
  • Responsible for scheduling.
  • Completion of a recognized Food Safety Course or agreement to complete upon hire.
  • Responsible for ordering and knowledge of food cost control would be an asset.
  • Follow brand standards.
  • Balancing daily cash.
  • Inventory control.
