Responsibilities

Partner with the product team from idea generation to finished product. Define roadmaps and sprint plans, balancing new features, retiring debt and laying the foundation for the future Connect with various stakeholders to understand their needs and how you can make an impact with technology Work closely with the Architecture team and other senior members to understand legacy elements of solutions, share knowledge, and align with standards Design and implement features, making improvements and building efficiencies Lead a team of 3-6 developers, conducting daily stand-ups, performance reviews and providing key feedback in a timely way Provide mentorship, growing the team's skills and helping them take on new challenges Own the technical delivery of the team, providing visibility into the status of deliverables

Skills and Experience

At least four (4) years experience in a leadership position At least seven (7) years of experience developing applications with .NET solutions. Typescript, C#, .NET, REST Services, and Azure Experience with Angular or similar platforms Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum Experience with Cosmos, Azure SQL, and on-premise SQL Server
