Position Summary:
The role is responsible for leading and providing guidance on SAP User access profile management and SAP training management (TOR). The role is also responsible for the management of Policies and Procedures for all Supply Chain (TOR). The incumbent will provide support to site related analytic requirements and will develop and deliver system training as required. Key Responsibilities: SAP Trainer and Facilitator

  • Lead and facilitate training for key SAP courses.
  • Develop/improve training methodology for SAP courses (as applicable).
  • Includes development/revision of training materials and ensuring suitable resources for training.
Policy & Procedure Business Continuity Lead
  • Author, revise documentation for all Supply Chain Policies and Procedures including continued rollout of work instructions and new document request and manage approval workflow.
  • Author, revise and manage approval workflow for all Master Data functional SOP’s.
  • Create, manage, and implement change controls and CAPA to ensure compliance in process to support P&P process as well as backup for compliance leads in overall SC.
SAP Access Request Process Lead
  • Maintain with updated information, all systems and tools used to support the SAP access process including all systems and tools that support the SAP Access process 3. Maintain SAP Access and training requirement profile database.
  • Troubleshoot access management issue for new or existing users to ensure timeliness of requests; provide KPI’s to create visibility and escalate where required.
  • Maintain SAP Access and training requirement profile database.
  • Develop through moderate to complex formulas in Excel, reports to identify training gaps.
  • Perform data analytics, summarize and report to drive SAP access performance and cycle time.
Key Requirements:
  • BS/BA or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, ITS.
  • SAP including Access Management and additional modules an asset.
  • Six Sigma, PMP an asset.
  • 3-5 years of supply chain/manufacturing experience. General business acumen an assist.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project or similar. SharePoint functionality) required.
  • SAP (or other ERP) Access Management knowledge and experience required,
  • Working knowledge of SAP (MM/PP/QO/PM/WM modules),
  • Quality Compliance Systems experience as asset.
  • Strong and proven analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; competent presentation skills a must.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, short lead-times and adjust priorities in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently or within an integrated team environment.
  • Ability to perform situational root cause analysis and implement corrective action.
  • Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skill.
  • Competence in systematically solving problems using appropriate process improvement methodologies to analyze complex data/information from different cross-functional teams, both locally and globally.
