TalentWorld is recruiting a Manager in Regina, Saskatchewan, for one of our clients.

Manager Responsibilities
Collaborating with the Operations Manager and other departments to develop and implement new policies and procedures to enhance customer service and improve operational efficiency.
Lead and participate in emergency preparedness drills to ensure that employees on the floor are trained to respond effectively to potential security threats.
Develop and deliver training programs for screening officers to enhance their skills and knowledge and ensure compliance with SOP.
Analyzing screening performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements and staff training.
Responsible for overall leadership, decision-making, communication, conflict resolution, mentoring, and coaching within the day-to-day operations.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure passengers\' smooth flow through the airport and minimize wait times.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with union representatives, negotiate labour agreements, and manage employee relations issues as they arise.

Manager Qualifications
2+ years of experience in management, preferably in a service-oriented industry
Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading teams to success
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences.
Ability to work shift work to support a 24/7 environment, including - days, evenings, and weekends.
Experience in a large, unionized environment is an asset.
